The hype I heard was she sings song number 9: "Places." However, she only sings background lala or something. Alanis also appears on Ringo Starr's Vertical Man CD. She does background stuff similar to what she did on Don't Drink The Water on song number 3. She does chorus with Ringo and Tom Petty on song number 7, as well as singing a verse ala Spoon. I'd recommend Vertical Man and Before These Crowded Streets to any diehard alanis fan, but you'd have to be the most obsessed person in the world to buy the Creeggan CD knowing that she doesn't even sing on it.
